1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of pharmaceutical products.

2. The subject of the contract consists of 67 lots.

3. The Contracting Authority shall allow for the possibility of submitting partial bids and shall not limit the number of lots for which the Contractor may submit its bid.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the assortment-quantity-price forms constituting Annexes No. 2/1 to 2/67 to the SWZ. All parameters and technical requirements specified there are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract.

The Contractor is obliged to deliver the assortment being the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party's registered office without additional remuneration and to unload it at the following address:
