The subject of the contract is the delivery of an SUV passenger car in the police version unmarked with a hybrid drive. Minimum warranty period for the base vehicle – 36 months from the date of receipt of the vehicle and a minimum of 60 months for preferential traffic in traffic. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 paragraph 1 point 5 of the PPL.All parameters of performance and functionality of the subject of the contract are described in a way that allows the Contractor to determine the subject of the contract while indicating the European standards that they must meet.
