Fife Housing Group required suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out re-roofing works to properties throughout Fife. The works shall include but are not restricted to:

— supply and erection of scaffolding,

— strip roofs of all tiles, batons and defective sarking/insulation board,

— renewal of all soffits and facia boards where required,

— renewal of all rainwater goods,

— fitting new breathable membrane,

— fitting new batons and counter batons,

— fitting vented eave and ridge system,

— insulation of lofts to 300 mm+,

— painting building exterior fabric (where indicated),

— provision of post-works Energy Performance Certificate.
