Description:
Supply of measuring instruments

[1] The subject of the contract is the supply of measuring devices.

[2] The whole subject of the contract has been divided into 15 lots. Each Contractor may submit a bid for all or selected parts of the procedure.

[3] The list of ordered goods and the quantities of individual assortment items is included in the Price Form – Annex 2 to the SWZ.

[4] Information on quality parameters, technical characteristics, functions and a list of accessories that should be included in the offered products are described in Annex 7 to the SWZ (Detailed description of the subject of the contract).

Digital micrometers

[1] The list of ordered goods and the quantities of individual assortment items is included in the Price Form – Annex 2 to the SWZ.

[2] Information on quality parameters, technical characteristics, functions and a list of accessories that should be included in the offered products are described in Annex 7 to the SWZ (Detailed description of the subject of the contract).

[3] The contracting authority requires that the offer contains the exact name of the priced equipment, i.e. manufacturer, make, type, model, symbol, trade name, etc. For this purpose, the Contractor fills in column No. 10 in the Price Form – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. In addition, the Contractor is obliged to submit documents containing a description of the parameters of the offered products referred to in CHAPTER 4. SWZ entitled "Evidence in question".

[4] The Ordering Party requires the delivery of a brand new assortment only. It does not allow the delivery of refurbished, reconditioned and renovated products. The subject of the order should be delivered in the original, unit packaging of the manufacturer.

[5] The Contractor undertakes to deliver full-value goods, in accordance with the requirements described in the procurement documents, stored in appropriate conditions, preserved using a method ensuring that their properties and technical and operational parameters are maintained during storage and transport.

[6] Requirements for the quality guarantee of delivered goods:

[6.1] The minimum period of quality guarantee and warranty for defects of goods is 24 months from the date of receipt of the subject of the contract (for parts 1-14).

[6.2] The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with guarantee documents of the delivered goods, if granted by the manufacturer. For goods for which the manufacturer does not specify the warranty period, the responsibility for the quality of the delivered goods is taken over by the Contractor for a period of 24 months (regarding parts 1-14).

[6.3] Detailed conditions of quality assurance specified by the Ordering Party are described in §5 of the model contract – Annex 6 to the SWZ.

The contractor offering a warranty period of more than 12 months will receive additional points in the evaluation of offers. The Contractor shall include information on the terms of the guarantee in the Offer Form – Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. All goods in a given part of the procedure must be covered by the same warranty period.

[6.2] The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with guarantee documents of the delivered goods, if granted by the manufacturer. [6] The Contractor shall deliver the goods to the warehouse of the Contracting Entity, located at: 98-113 Buczek, Gucin 58a. Delivery will take place once. The cost of transport of goods to the Ordering Party's headquarters will be included in the price of the offer. The Ordering Party shall not incur any additional fees in this respect.

[7] On the day of delivery, the quantity and quality of the contract products will be collected. If the delivered assortment (in part or in whole) does not correspond to the description specified in the offer, the Ordering Party shall refuse to accept the goods, and the Contractor shall be obliged to deliver the product in accordance with the subject of the contract within the term of the contract at its own expense.

[5] The Contractor undertakes to deliver full-value goods, in accordance with the requirements described in the procurement documents, stored in appropriate conditions, preserved using a method ensuring that their properties and technical and operational parameters are maintained during storage and transport.

[6] Requirements for the quality guarantee of delivered goods:

[6.1] The minimum period of quality guarantee and warranty for defects of goods is 24 months from the date of receipt of the subject of the contract (for parts 1-14).

[6.2] The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with guarantee documents of the delivered goods, if granted by the manufacturer. For goods for which the manufacturer does not specify the warranty period, the responsibility for the quality of the delivered goods is taken over by the Contractor for a period of 24 months (regarding parts 1-14).

[6.3] Detailed conditions of quality assurance specified by the Ordering Party are described in §5 of the model contract – Annex 6 to the SWZ.

Pressure measuring instrument

[1] The list of ordered goods and the quantities of individual assortment items is included in the Price Form – Annex 2 to the SWZ.

[2] Information on quality parameters, technical characteristics, functions and a list of accessories that should be included in the offered products are described in Annex 7 to the SWZ (Detailed description of the subject of the contract).

[3] The contracting authority requires that the offer contains the exact name of the priced equipment, i.e. manufacturer, make, type, model, symbol, trade name, etc. For this purpose, the Contractor fills in column No. 10 in the Price Form – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. In addition, the Contractor is obliged to submit documents containing a description of the parameters of the offered products referred to in CHAPTER 4. SWZ entitled "Evidence in question".

[4] The Ordering Party requires the delivery of a brand new assortment only. It does not allow the delivery of refurbished, reconditioned and renovated products. The subject of the order should be delivered in the original, unit packaging of the manufacturer.
