The services for the Internal Book Fund (IBF) consist of at least:

• Provide advice function and help desk to support subject sections in selection processes with regard to learning materials;

• Provide web portal with order information;

• Provide management information;

• Delivery to the school location;

• Provide support with access to the digital teaching materials of the educational publishers (for example, through Entree Federation of Kennisnet).

Teaching aids to support education such as atlases, dictionaries, calculators and other supplies are not included in the supply package of this tender. These are purchased by the student himself.
