Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitable service provider to provide a Ground Maintenances and Communal Garden service to communal blocks of flats and open land in and around neighbourhoods within Norris Green, Croxteth and Fazakerley. The works will consist of Grass cutting, Maintenance of borders, Shrub Bed Maintenance, Dead heading, weeding borders, Herbicide Spraying, Litter collection and fly-tipping collection.
