EVALUATION STUDY OF A COLLECTIVE INFORMATION AND PROMOTION CAMPAIGN FOR EUROPEAN CHEESES IN THE MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES: SAUDI ARABIA, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES 2023-2025

The purpose of the contract is to design and carry out an evaluation study of an information and communication programme for European cheeses in the Middle East from 2023 to 2025, and more specifically in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. This program will be a continuation of the co-funded "CHEESE PMO 19" program, which ended in December 2021. In view of the market context, only the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia will be concerned by this new communication campaign.

The offer must be written in French or English and will contain a technical and financial brief composed of the following elements:

The tenderer's technical offer, including:

• A detailed evaluation mechanism for the communication and promotion programme by action and target evaluated over the 3 years of the programme;

• Temporality of the program: the bidder will propose a temporality over 3 years based on the actions to be evaluated;

For each evaluation study, the tenderer will propose:

• The system provided for each evaluation module (action and target evaluated, method of collection,...)

The tenderer's budget offer including:

• A precise budget for the three years of the programme by action evaluation study and by country

• A summary budget
