The procuring entity Markbydgen Net AB ("MBN") hereby invites interested parties to apply for qualification to tender for a contract regarding operation and maintenance for MBN's grid (including two substations) as well as their overhead lines. The two substations are Ersträsk (150/33kV) and Råbäcken (400/150/33kV), and overhead lines. 

The scope of works under the contract includes both planned and unplanned maintenance, round-the-clock monitoring and planning of maintenance in co-operation with MBN, as well as reporting and documentation of performed services. It is to be expected that the Supplier’s project manager will have to be on site on one occasion per month. 

The contract is to have an initial term of four (4) years with the possibility to extend the term twice, where each extension has a duration of one (1) year. The supplier is to commence performing the works regarding one of the substation from 1 January 2024. For the OHL and the other substation, the supplier is to commence on 1 January 2025. Accordingly, the initial term is only three years for the OHL and the other substation.
