The MPG has a need for a Common Data Environment Solution ("CDE") as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) public cloud, including services such as migration, interface delivery and training as well as content services. Against this background, this procurement procedure is carried out with the aim of finding a contractor

("Contractor" or "RV Partner") who provides the CDE System to the Client and provides the corresponding services on demand from a framework agreement ("RV", "Contract" or "Agreement").
