The interventions covered by the Contract concern the implementation of the changes to the final configuration of the dam resulting from the hydrological revaluation of the Posada river basin, which collects the water that flows into the Maccheronis reservoir and the execution of the related civil works, as per art. 1 of the "Administrative Provisions" annexed to the final project called "Contract Scheme" and other documents that are part of the final project at race base. The amount of the contract is € 7,898,525.78 net of statutory VAT, of which € 5,732,068.55 plus VAT for works subject to discount, € 1,613,995.80 plus VAT for labour costs not subject to discount, € 162,584.64 (including social security charges) plus VAT for the executive design service subject to discount and € 389,876.79 plus VAT for safety costs not subject to discount.
