The aim of this call for tenders is to create an execution project followed by local construction management according to ASTRA specifications, which in turn will form the basis for implementing the migration of the entire network infrastructure for operating and safety equipment (BSA) of national roads in the canton of Valais.
For this purpose, ASTRA is looking for a project author and local site management (PV/ÖBL) for the realization of the network in accordance with guideline “13040 IP network BSA” and the associated migration IP network BSA in the canton of Valais (operated by the GE III territorial unit) for the phases:
— action project (SIA 32),
— calls for tenders, evaluations, procurement applications (SIA 41, from existing framework agreement),
— version (SIA 51 and 52),
- Commissioning, completion (SIA 53).
