Delivery of new system technology for several server rooms, for the entire control center as well as for 8 offices of the integrated regional control center Zwickau with dismantling, assembly, installation and possibly configuration activities. In addition, appropriate documentation of the implemented systems, an emergency plan and briefing of the specialist staff must be provided.

Renewal of the system technology in the integrated regional control center Zwickau taking into account the critical infrastructure. The previous system components have to be dismantled, new hardware components delivered and properly installed. In addition, all hardware components must be brought up to the current patch status. The work must be carried out in close coordination with the integrated regional control center Zwickau, the partner companies and the ICT control center.

The services are divided into 3 main areas:

1) Delivery of new system technology for several server rooms, for the entire control center as well as for 8 offices of the integrated regional control center Zwickau (storage, virtualization server, server, remote control center workstations, workstation computers, monitors, laptops, interface converters, cables, small parts),

2) Dismantling, assembly, preparations as well as installation and configuration activities,

3) Instruction, training and documentation of all hardware-relevant information as well as handover of an emergency manual.

The fail-safe 24/7/365 operation of the control center must be ensured. All critical renovation work (e.g. on the storage / server components) must be carried out primarily at night at times of low activity, in coordination with the employees of the integrated regional control center in Zwickau and the project partners. In critical situations (e.g. corona, surface areas, storms, floods, major fires, etc.), assembly activities may be postponed.

Since the 24/7 emergency service is used, it cannot be guaranteed that all of the applicant's work can take place in one go and on consecutive days. It can be assumed that there may be interruptions.

The ceiling load in the technical rooms and in the control center must be taken into account! The permissible ceiling payload is limited to 3.3 kN / m 2 up to max. 5.0 kN / m 2 . Due to the max. permissible ceiling payload, no additional server cabinets are placed. There are no storage areas available. The delivery of the hardware components and the installation work should be carried out according to the "just in time" principle in consultation with all those involved in the project.

Due to the current pandemic, it is not possible to visit the IRLS Zwickau. Due to the security relevance of the system, the client will not provide any image or video material that depicts the technical rooms.
