The contract has as its object the management of the Social Welfare Community for the Disabled "MIA CASA SWEET HOME" in Via Rosmini, n. 19 Verbania.

The contract has as its object the management of the Social Welfare Community for the Disabled "MIA CASA SWEET HOME" in Via Rosmini, n. 19 Verbania. The management of the Community refers to n. 10 beds of which four places of relief or ready reception, and is classified as a social welfare community for the severely disabled (Dgr 42-6288 of 10.06.2002). The Community is open 24h/24 for 365 days / year. The Community shall consist of:

- A) My Home Service: 6 residential places for disabled people in a single room;

- B) Relief service/prompt reception: 2 residential places for the disabled (in a double room);

- C) Sweet Home Service: max 2 residential gym places for autonomy for disabled people (1 disabled person + personal assistant or 2 disabled people with residual autonomy compatible with semi-autonomy).
