The municipality of Kissing is planning the new construction of the primary school in Kissing. After a previous implementation competition, a 6-speed primary school is to be built in full-day operation (open and bound all-day operation).
The primary school will accommodate a total of 24 classes of 24 pupils each, i.e. 576 pupils.
A learning house/cluster principle must be taken into account in the planning.

The subject of the contract is planning services of the technical equipment HLS ALG 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 according to paragraph 53 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 1-9, with step-by-step commissioning.
Possibly. various special services will also be commissioned, in particular:
— in LPH 2: Preparation of in-depth cost estimates
— in LPH 3-5: Establish and update an in-depth cost calculation,
- in LPH 3: detailed operating cost calculation for the selected system,
- in LPH 6: Development of maintenance planning and organization,
- in LPH 9: Monitoring the removal of defects within the limitation period,
- in LPH 9: energy monitoring within the warranty phase, participation in the annual consumption measurements of all media,
- in LPH 9: comparison with the demand values from the planning, suggestions for optimizing operations and reducing media and energy consumption.
A competition was held in advance. Currently, the negotiation procedure for the property planning services buildings and interiors, as well as outdoor facilities, takes place.

The new building covers a usable area (1-6) of approx. 4,968 m².
The new building of the primary school should have a high degree of flexibility for conversion in the event of changing needs, as well as a high quality of stay.
Funding is requested for this project.
A subsoil survey has been carried out for the project area and a soil survey has already been prepared. It can be inferred from the expert opinion that the subsoil is intended for auelehmen.
The groundwater level is about 3 m below the upper edge of the terrain with strong fluctuations, depending on precipitation, to about 1 m below the upper edge of the terrain.
Great importance is attached to sustainability and ecological quality. An efficiency building 40 EE standard is to be achieved.
The technical equipment should, if possible, correspond to the low-tech approach.

The award negotiations are expected to take place at the end of January 2023. The award of the contract is expected to take place in March 2023. The project starts immediately after the order is placed. Construction must start by October 2024 at the latest, commissioning is scheduled for September 2026 and completion in December 2026.
