Warranty: Minimum 5 years .Unlimited access to updates.

Warranty: lifetime + min. 1 year after the product is withdrawn from the production line. Where the product is withdrawn earlier than 5 years from the date of purchase, the warranty should be in effect at least 6 years. Unlimited access to updates.

1. Point I of Annex No 2 to SWZ:
Warranty: The system must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty service for a period of 60 months involving the repair or replacement of the device in case of defection within 8 hours of confirmation of the validity of the notification. The manufacturer must also provide access to software updates and 24x7 technical support.
2. Point II of Annex No 2 to the SWZ:
Warranty: The system must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty service for a period of 60 months, consisting in the repair or replacement of the device in the event of a defect. The manufacturer must also provide access to software updates and 24x7 technical support.
