The purpose of this consultation is the regular or ad hoc collective transportation of persons (adults and children) for various school, extra-curricular, cultural and sports activities inside and outside the city of Bully-les-Mines. Framework agreement with purchase orders.

Provision of coaches with driver during school periods to visit the following sites: municipal swimming pool, cultural space Edouard Pignon, François Mitterrand space, Corbelle stadium, nursery and primary restaurant for the benefit of the Bulgarian schools, or communal building. The city will provide the service provider with the circuit of the current year. It can be modified several times a year according to the needs.

Provision of coaches with driver, for trips on the outside for collective receptions of minors 3/17 years, nursery and primary schools (cultural outings, ...), transport city hall (trips, snacks of elders ,. ..) various activities: cinema, ice rink, base of Olhain, Loisinord, leisure parks: Bagatelle, Aqualud, Nausicaa, Asterix, being specified that the displacements with the day or for stays will be made by coach grand tourism in France or in a country of the European Community.

Car van type minibus, fuel at the choice of the renter (petrol, diesel or gas). Capacity: 9 seats maximum and equipped with a car radio, vests and triangle, documents related to the vehicle in good condition provided.
