A new framework shall be procured for furniture (school, office, nursery, institution and home furniture) for participants in the BTV cooperation.

Contract for the delivery of furniture including school furniture, nursery furniture, office furniture and institution furniture (not institution beds/hospital beds/bedside tables), as well as home furniture for the specified participating municipalities/entities in the BTV cooperation. The deliveries are divided into the following product areas:

1) School furniture (estimated annual volume 13 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum).

2) Office furniture (estimated annual volume 20 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum).

3) Nursery furniture (estimated annual volume 5 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum).

4) Institution furniture (estimated annual volume 8 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum).

5) Home furniture — furniture for furnishing and use in municipal houses (4 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum).

The contract value is estimated to: 50 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum.

The volume is estimated based on statistics and the accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent products for the same buyer group for previous years, as well as future budgets. The volume must therefore be seen as an estimate and it is not binding. The contracting authority/entities reserve the right to announce separate competitions in the market when the volume is estimated to more than 500 000 NOK excluding VAT.

The contracting authority/entities also reserve the right to procure second hand furniture outside the framework agreement(s).
