Amount based on the tender: Euro 2,657,030.78 net of VAT, of which Euro 11,905.78 for charges relating to the implementation of security plans, not subject to reduction.

- Main service: supply and transport of milling machine for machining on railway superstructure components € 2.401.000,00

- Secondary service: installation service and training in the use of the machine at the ONA Pontassieve € 256,030.78 of which security charges € 11,905.78

The cost of labor is € 244,125.00.

Supply with installation at the Officina Nazionale Armamento of Pontassieve of a milling machine for machining on components of the railway superstructure.

For a precise description of the subject of the Contract, please refer to the content of the draft Contract attached to the Tender Regulations (Annex no. 6).

It should also be noted that the supply with installation object of the Contract must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Technical Specification nr. ONI/ONA ST 140 1 1 of 31/08/2022 attached to the Draft Contract.

The award procedure is called pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 (Public Contracts Code) and Presidential Decree 207/2010 - limited to the rules still in force pursuant to art. 216 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 - for the part applicable to the so-called Special Sectors.
