The city of Nordhausen intends to expand and renovate the theater. The construction project will be carried out in 2 stages.
The 1st phase includes the construction of an extension building directly adjacent to the existing building. The execution period extends over
A period from 2020 to autumn 2022.
In the 2nd phase, the existing building will then be renovated from July 2022. The complete technical equipment should be renewed during the renovation and up to the beginning of a
New season, to be completed in autumn 2024.
In the course of the new construction / renovation measures, the fire extinguishing, sprinkler and hydrant systems in the existing building are to be replaced. The type and scope of the services required for this and advertised with this lot are described in more detail under II.2.4).
A subdivision of the service advertised here into further lots is not intended (see also point II.1.6)).
