The projected amount of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste for development over the life of the contract is approximately 3,700 Mg. This waste comes from municipalities from the district of przasnysk.

The acceptance of waste for use can only be taken by a waste treatment plant which has the status of a Municipal Installation on the List of Marshal of the Mazowiecki Voivodeship, carried out pursuant to Article 38b of the Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste (Journal of Laws of Laws of OJ 2021.779 t.j.) in such a way as to ensure that adequate levels of recycling or recovery are achieved and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the contents of the Act of 13.09.1996 'Maintaining cleanliness and order in the Community' (Journal of Laws 2021.888 p. j).

The waste to the installation will be supplied by the Ordering Party. Therefore, the Ordering Party requires that the Municipal Installation be located at a maximum distance of 70 km from the hardware and storage base at Leszno 47 Street in Przasnysz. This is due to the cost and time of transport of the Ordering Party (processing power).

Admission and use of biodegradable waste code 20 02 01 to a waste treatment plant with relevant permits located in the Masovian Voivodeship.

Projected for use, the amount of biodegradable waste over the life of the contract is approximately 700 Mg. This waste comes from municipalities from the district of przasnysk.

Accordingly, the Ordering Party requires that the operator of the waste treatment plant with the relevant permits be located at a maximum distance of 70 km from the equipment and storage base at 47 Leszno Street in Przasnysz.
