the consultation will result in the conclusion of a multi-award framework agreement established in accordance with Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-7 to R.2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code under the conditions set out in Article R.2162-4 paragraph 3, without minimum and with a maximum of 5,000,000 euros ht, concluded with a maximum of 3 candidates, subject to a sufficient number of applications in accordance with the conditions of the consultation.

This framework agreement, which is a purchasing technique, does not allow the performance of the services specified.

The performance of the services is conditional on the award of subsequent contracts as and when the needs are identified.

this Framework Agreement shall be concluded from its notification until 31 December 2025.

The Performance of services will begin from 1 January 2023, no subsequent contract may concern services performed in the year 2022.

the purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement on the supply and transmission of electricity for the buyer's associated sites and services.

The Object of the contract includes the following services:

- The complete supply of electrical energy to the delivery points;

- Access to the public electricity distribution network and its use for the delivery points referred to in the first subparagraph, within the framework of a single contract;

- The mission of balance manager in accordance with Article L.321-15 of the Energy Code.
