1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of laboratory reagents

2. The contract is divided into 3 tasks: (parts):

Task 1 – Delivery of reagents, calibrators, inspections and consumables necessary to perform tests in the field of diagnosis of allergic diseases, diagnostics of Lyme disease

Task 2 – Supply of biochemical reagents and manual tests for diagnostic tests

Task 3 – Delivery of CRP and Streep A tests together with the delivery of analyzers.

3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of tenders for individual parts of the contract. An offer can be made for any number of tasks.

Delivery of reagents, calibrators, controls and consumables necessary to perform tests in the field of diagnosis of allergic diseases, diagnosis of borreliosis in accordance with Annex 2.1 to the SWZ.

Delivery of biochemical reagents and manual tests for diagnostic tests in accordance with Annex 2.2 to the SWZ.

Delivery of CRP and Streep A tests with delivery of analyzers in accordance with Annex 2.3 to SWZ.
