The subject of the present tender is the provision of building cleaning services exclusively in the vocational schools of SILB Sondervermögen Immobilien des Landes Berlin c/o BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH. The scope of services advertised in 17 lots mainly relates to maintenance, basic and glass cleaning services as well as associated special services. The areas to be managed (NGF) of the 63 properties, plus 1 option object, amount to a total of approximately 724,509 m2 and approximately 337,000 m2 of glass cleaning area.

Maintenance cleaning, basic, glass and special cleaning of various upper school centers (OSZ). The areas to be cultivated (NGF) of the 5 properties (Florastraße 13; Hartmannsweiler Weg 29; Immenweg 6-10; Lippstädter Str. 9-11; Ostpreußendamm 40) amounts to a total of approximately 54,438 m2.

The areas to be cultivated (NGF) of the 5 properties (Birkenstraße 11; Haarlemer Straße 27; Helmholtzstrasse 37; Lipschitzallee 25; Leinestraße 37-45 *Option Object*) amounts to a total of approximately 65,675 m2.
