This market includes green spaces belonging either to the City of Nîmes or to Nîmes Métropole. It is for this reason that it is concluded in application of a convention of grouping of orders passed between the City of Nîmes (deliberation nº 2017-03-011 of 20.5.2017) and the Community of agglomeration Nîmes Métropole (deliberation nº 2017-04-043 of 22.5.2017), in application of articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the public procurement code. The City of Nîmes is the coordinator of this group.

The part of Nîmes Métropole concerns the roadside accompaniments bordering the lane allocated to line T1 of the TCSP and the corresponding relay car parks and the Calvas relay car park.

The City of Nîmes section concerns road sidewalk along the outside of the road in the public road domain and roundabouts.

This contract relates to the execution of general maintenance services for the green spaces accompanying the T1 line of the TCSP and the Calvas relay parking lot with, on the one hand, regular maintenance services, recurrent (fixed price), and on the other hand, ad hoc services to meet exceptional, unforeseen needs of the community (unit prices depending on the quantities actually executed). These one-off services are subject to a framework agreement with purchase orders. The current maintenance services are: maintenance of lawns and meadows, maintenance of shrubs and perennials, maintenance of trees, stems and grape varieties, manual (or alternative) weeding, maintenance of watering and pumping installations, cleaning , clearing of edges of tracks and feet of trees, size of plants. The occasional maintenance services are: planting work, establishment of mulching, replacement of watering facilities (pumps, filtration units) for old age.
