Meløy municipality will procure a new Noark-5 approved case archive system. The system must be provided as a cloud service. It is a prerequisite that the system is delivered through a standard service without the need for many local adaptations

The purpose is to put in place a good and modern solution for case management and archiving that helps the municipality to provide good services to citizens, provides good user experiences, contributes to efficient capture of data and documents, and manages and preserves the documentation in a way that ensures confidentiality of the information and that it is able to be used for as long as it is needed.

The system will further contribute to:

- effective case management

- effective work processes with a high degree of automation

- to safeguard information security and privacy Meløy municipality aims to use national shared systems in its digital services, and the service must harmonise with developments in digitalisation and ICT in the municipal sector and support architecture principles. In the same way that the system must harmonise with developments in digitalisation and ICT in the public sector, the system must also support developments in the field of archiving.
