The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle (1 piece) with permanently installed rescue and firefighting equipment, based on the minimum requirements and technical parameters of the ordered vehicle indicated in the Specification of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: the Terms of Reference (hereinafter: OPZ), in accordance with the requirements below.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle (1 piece) with permanently installed rescue and firefighting equipment, based on the minimum requirements and technical parameters of the ordered vehicle indicated in the Specification of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: OPZ), to be used to equip the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Karczew. A detailed description of the subject of the order, terms of order processing, payment, etc. is set out in the OPZ and the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "PPU"). The above-mentioned procurement documents are posted/available at the address indicated in section I.3) of this Notice. The procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure (Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law).
