The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of 25 pcs of photovoltaic installations in the territory of the communes of Połaniec, Oleśnica, Łubnice, Łubnice as part of the project “Increase in the use of renewable energy sources in Partner Communes Połańca, Oleśnica, Łubnic, Stopnica”:
The area of the commune Połaniec — 12 pieces:
- complete photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 2.72 kWp made on the roof of a residential building — pcs. 1
- complete photovoltaic installation with a power of 2,72 kWp made on the ground — 1 pcs.
- complete 3.4 kWp photovoltaic installation made on the roof of a residential building — 2 pcs.
- complete photovoltaic installation of 3.4 kWp made on the roof of the commercial building — 1 pc.
- complete photovoltaic installation of 4.76 kWp made on the roof of a residential building — 4 pcs.
- complete 4.76 kWp photovoltaic installation made on the roof of the utility building — pcs. 3
Terrain of the municipality Oleśnica — 5 pieces:
- complete 3.4 kWp photovoltaic installation made on the roof of an apartment building - pcs. 1
- complete photovoltaic installation of 4.76 kWp made on the roof of a residential building — 2 pcs.
- complete photovoltaic installation of 4.76 kWp made on the roof of the commercial building — 2 pcs.
The area of the municipality Łubnice — 8 pieces:
- complete photovoltaic installation of 4.76 kWp made on the roof of a residential building — pcs. 3
- complete 4.76 kWp photovoltaic installation made on the roof of the utility building — pcs. 3
- complete photovoltaic installation with power of 4.76 kWp made on ground — pcs. 2
The installation consists of:
1) Installation of panels,
2) installation of the inverter,
3) installation of AC and DC switchgear,
4) DC installation,
5) AC AC AC AC installation,
6) anti-shock protection, surge,
7) installation of groundings and compensatory connections,
8) the performance of tests, tests and commissioning of the photovoltaic installation,
9) finishing at least according to the original state of the area of the installation transitions (plaster/warming, passages through walls, ceilings, roof) and effective protection against weathering of the sites outside the facility where the installation work was carried out,
10) programming and commissioning of the automation system together with the connection of the WLAN communication modem to the regulator to read the parameters of energy gain using the Internet for 25 pcs of photovoltaic installations. The controller records daily monthly and annual generated electricity on a microSD or SD card, and allows you to transfer stored information to a mobile external device. The controller or additional module for communication with the network has built-in WiFi based on radio communication for wireless connection to a local existing network (WLAN) and cooperation with the monitoring system
11) training users on the principles of proper operation of the photovoltaic installation, together with the development of detailed instructions and their transmission to users,
12) Connection of the plant to the power grid with the notification of connection of the plant to the distribution network PGE Distribution S.A. on the basis of the guidelines available on the site.
13. Other elements included in Annex 1 to the SWZ and the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No 8 to the SWZ.
2. The Contracting Authority requires that during installation take into account the requirements of disabled persons and the availability of controls for them (assembly shall be carried out in a manner ensuring the possibility of performing maintenance activities for disabled persons in particular wheelchairs disability).
