This tender relates to the tender of 2 additional categories for this dynamic procurement system: Category 5: Supply of district heating units and category 6: Installation of district heating units

After the end of this tender, the system is divided into 6 categories:

Category 1: Pipe works and civil works, works up to DKK 4 million.

Category 2: Pipe works and works, works over DKK 4 million.

Category 3: Customer installations, small installations up to 200 kW

Category 4: Customer installations, large installations above 200 kW

Category 5: Supply of district heating units

Category 6: Installation of district heating units

The tender relates to the establishment of Categories 5 and 6 ONE. Admission may be requested on either Category 5 or 6 or on either category. The other categories (Categories 1-4) have already been offered and an ongoing admission may be requested.

Pipe works and construction works up to DKK 4 million.

For example, pipes and works shall mean, but not limited to, excavating works, obtaining

all necessary permits, coordination with authorities and customers. Projecting and static calculations of

district heating system from the VEKS proposed sketch tracé.

Procurement of district heating pipes with associated components including welding of pipes and welding cap muffs for

district heating. Delivery, mounting and proven detection of alarm system according to VEKS standards.

Retail design, surveying and as built drawings of alarm system and district heating pipes.

Pipe works and construction works over DKK 4 million.

Purchase of district heating pipes with associated components including welding of pipes and welding capping muffs for district heating. Customer installations, small installations up to 200 kW (primarily wall-hung units).

Customer installations mean initial inspection and design at the customer. Delivery, assembly, regulation and commissioning of exchanger units according to VEKS standards. Coordination with customers before and during export and with VEKS operations. Documentation in the form of operation & maintenance, user manual in physical and digital form.

In some cases, dismantling and dismantling of existing heat source, as well as any changes to the customer's installation.

Customer installations, large installations over 200 kW (floored or produced on site).

Customer installations mean initial inspection and design at the customer. Delivery, assembly, regulation and commissioning of exchanger units according to VEKS standards. Coordination with customers before and during export and with VEKS operations. Documentation in the form of operation & maintenance, user manual in physical and digital form.

In some cases, dismantling and dismantling of existing heat source, as well as any changes to the customer's installation.

This is a tender of a new category referred to as 'supply of district heating units' to VEKS' existing dynamic procurement system for contractor services.

The benefits of this category shall include the provision of district heating units as specified in the attached overall requirements specification alone.

As the need for the purchase of district heating units has arisen after VEKS has established the dynamic procurement system, VEKS has chosen to offer the category for purchasing district heating units in a separate tender.

For example, remote heat Units types can be with built-in throughput water heater or outlets to supply hot water containers with container control sets. Circulation pump at smaller units.

This is a tender of a new category referred to as “Installation of district heating units” for VEKS' existing dynamic procurement system for contractor services.

For example, but not limited to, the installation and installation of district heating units of VEKS district heating customers. The category includes the taking down of existing heating source and associated pipes and components, installation of district heat units, energy meter, and the installation and supply of associated pipes, components, fittings, insulation, etc. The category does not include the supply of district heating units offered in a standalone category on the same dynamic shopping system.

Thus, district heat units to be fitted under this category are builder deliveries.
