LHL is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified suppliers for the provision of personal safety device services and goods in accordance with the tender.

LHL manages 18 000 council homes in Lewisham, operates its own repairs and maintenance company and employs more than 550 staff. It is undertaking a major investment programme to improve homes and local communities as well as building new homes in the borough.

LHL seeks to appoint a single provider to deliver an efficient and responsive personal safety device for lone workers and support service to include the provision of a dedicated call centre service to be delivered within the London Borough of Lewisham (LBL).

The service shall be one that delivers the minimum outcomes in accordance with the specified standards of service to be delivered upon in accordance with the specification within the tender document.
