This consultation relates to the maintenance of the green spaces and tree heritage of the Grand Stade 2024 - 2027.Open call for tenders in application of the provisions of Article R2124-2-1° of the Public Procurement Code. The consultation is divided into two batches. The services give rise to an ordinary contract processed at an annual fixed global price (for Lot 1) and to a framework agreement with a purchase order (part processed at unit prices) for Lot 2.Variants initiated by the candidates are prohibited. For the sake of consistency and economic efficiency, a group of orders between the City of Villeneuve d'Ascq and the City of Lezennes has been set up for the procurement procedure concerning the maintenance of the green spaces and the tree heritage of the Pierre Mauroy Stadium.In order to have a standardized and simultaneous maintenance, it is essential to entrust all these services to a single service provider
