Description:
Supply and Maintenance of Multi-Functional Devices and Photocopiers to the Education Authority ICT-19-011

The Education Authority (EA) is seeking to appoint a number of suppliers to provide multi-functional devices (MFDs) and photocopiers across the EA estate and all schools across Northern Ireland using a model that best suits the school or business area’s needs. This will be a 5-year contract and the estimated commencement will be in February 2020. The contract will include the provision of hardware, software, consumables, support and maintenance. However, it will not include the supply of paper. This will be a call-off contract, allowing contracts to be awarded as/when the need arises.


Lot 1: school estate provision – for the supply and maintenance of MFDs and photocopiers with 2 separate delivery models – annual rental of device plus price per copy charges paid monthly or quarterly. There will also be an option for schools to purchase their device outright and pay a price per copy charge monthly or quarterly.

This all-in cost will include everything e.g. including but not limited to additional charges for; rental or purchase of the device, consumables, service and maintenance, delivery, collection and user training for the device, etc.

This all-in cost model will include everything. For example, there will be no additional charges for rental or purchase of the device, consumables, service and maintenance, delivery, collection, and user training for the device, etc.
