The stipulations of this document relate to the issuance of the framework agreement to purchase orders for maintenance work and day-to-day maintenance of multi-award rental assets without a minimum amount, but with a maximum commitment amount over the total duration of the contract for the lot/housekeeping family. This contract will be effective as of 1.1.2022. For each BPU of the lot concerned, the company will encrypt the basic offer column (asbestos free price) and must indicate the overall percentage of higher value for the mandatory variant concerning asbestos prices. On the other hand, so-called optional variants are prohibited. Companies that will be awarded the lot/corps d'état will be likely to intervene on the offices of Pavilly, Yvetot, Sotteville-lès-Rouen as well as on the branch of Le Havre.

The provisions of this document relate to the award of the framework agreement to purchase orders for maintenance and day-to-day maintenance of multi-award rental assets without a minimum amount, but with a maximum commitment amount over the total duration of the contract of 750 000,00 EUR excluding VAT, all companies combined. The maximum number of awardees per lot is set at ten companies subject to a sufficient number of candidates.
