The present tender concerns the construction of new youth housing in Ringparken, in Slagelse for the developer housing association FOB.

The present tender concerns the construction of new youth housing in Ringparken, in Slagelse for the builder housing association FOB.

The youth housing is located in the northwestern part of the local plan area, towards Valbyvej and Kie-rulffsvej. The construction area is delimited by residential neighbourhoods and the remaining part of the residential buildings in Ringparken, which are being redeveloped in an independent construction project. The youth housing building will be part of a future composition with the existing angular apartment block on the site, a number of new youth housing units to be built on the opposite side of Kierulffsvej and a number of new residential buildings planned to be carried out in Ringparken as part of a densification.

Between the new building and the existing residential building on the site, gardens and parking areas will be established.

The building has a total of 114 youth residences, two larger common rooms, a laundry and a number of smaller communal facilities on the ground floor. Common rooms and laundry facilities are common to the residents of the building's youth housing and other residents of FOB's departments in Ringparken.
