The object of this assignment is the conclusion of insurance contracts for the City of Menen, OCMW Menen, AGB Woonbedrijf Menen and VZW CC De Steiger and OCMW Menen in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
The insurer is reminded that the conditions stated in these specifications always take precedence over his general conditions or the conditions stated in the policy.
Specific provisions of the specifications will therefore have to be included in the policies that will be drawn up afterwards.
