The Hague University of Applied Sciences is looking for up to 2 partners who - in collaboration with and addition to the internal advisors - can provide individual coaching processes (regular coaching, WW, ERD and Spoor 2 trajectories) for employees of the HHs.

This question concerns guiding an employee with a coach question in the field of the work situation and guiding employees who must/want to take a different career step inside or outside De HHs as a result of their own preference, organizational changes, disability (2nd). track) or end of employment contract (from ERD WW).
