Scope and subject of the contract

1.The Contracting Authority commissions and the Contractor accepts for performance a Public Contract, the subject of which is the execution of construction works and accompanying works PHASE I of the road surface renovation, taking into account the unsealing of the concrete coating of the Park car park

and Go "P+R Połczyńska" with the reconstruction of the facility including parking spaces

in connection with the construction of roofs with photovoltaic installations and a back building, as well as the construction of a tight open and underground retention tanks and technical infrastructure along with land development in the Park and Ride P+R Połczyńska car park, located in Warsaw at 8 Połczyńska Street.

2.The subject of the Order includes the Basic Scope and the Optional Scope.

Scope II of the subject of the contract

The subject of the Order includes the performance of a service consisting in:

a) comprehensive care and maintenance of green areas (greenery),

b) service of installations, systems

Details are specified in the SWZ.
