The municipality of Sobótka shall conduct the contract award procedure in question, including on behalf of:
Kindergarten no. 1, Janusz Korczak School and Kindergarten in Sobótka, Maria Skłodowski-Curie Elementary School, Maria Konopnicka School and Kindergarten in Rogów Sobócki,
School and Kindergarten in Świątniki, Ślężański Cultural Centre, Ślężański Sports and Recreation Centre, Stanisław Dunajewski Museum in Sobótka, Municipal and Housing Management Department “Ślęża”. The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law Act (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) for street lighting and buildings and objects belonging to the Ordering Party and its organizational units, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this SWZ between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022.

The determination of the projected (maximum) energy consumption serves to select the most favorable offer and does not constitute on the part of the Ordering Party an obligation to purchase electricity in the quantities given. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the quantities of kWh are estimated and the Ordering Party has the right not to use the specified number kWh.
The settlement of the energy supply will take place on the basis of actual energy consumption according to the prices and rates of charges arising from the submitted offer.
A detailed list of the collection points is contained in Annex 4 to the SWZ forming an integral part of this SWZ.

4. The Contracting Authority provides for a reduction or increase in the amount of facilities resulting from natural management processes. The above changes will not result in exceeding the energy consumption specified above.
5. The execution of the object of the contract shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the template of the contract, constituting Annex 5 of this SWZ.
