The paramount objective of this tender is to procure a new vision mixer suitable for use in RK7, which is NRK's production plant for daytime TV news. During the next years, NRK is planning to renew all vision mixers in the news area. Due to this, the tender also includes options for purchase of vision mixers to Studio 5 and Studio 6, based on the same concept, but with different configurations.
