The Ordering Party provides for a maximum order of the subject of the order in the amount of 60 000 kg. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the possibility of exceeding the maximum quantity of the subject of the order i.e. 60 000 kg The Contracting Authority reserves the opportunity to reduce the quantity indicated above by no more than 20%, i.e. to a quantity of 48 000 kg, which he shall inform the Contractor in writing no later than 30 days before the end of the contract. Accordingly, the Contractor may not bring any claim for this title.

The Ordering Party provides for a maximum order of the subject of the order in the amount of 60 000 kg.

Deadline of implementation: from the date of conclusion of the Agreement for a period of 12 months (succession deliveries).
