Supply of diesel for the fleet of approximately 139 buses in Soléa and Domibus as well as for service cars

The total annual consumption volume is estimated at 1200 m3. This estimate does not constitute an order commitment, but is representative of the volume of the year 2023 purchased. In view of the decision to replace old buses with cleaner vehicles, the quantities of diesel will gradually decrease in the coming years.

Produce:

The Holder undertakes to sell to Soléa the reference product ULSD 10 ppm diesel, in accordance with the EN 590 standard, the quality of which strictly complies with administrative and inter-union specifications.

The following diesel companies must be deliverable according to Soléa's request:

- Standard diesel

- A diesel called "Very cold"

- A so-called "premium" diesel
