The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for 180 energy consumption points belonging to the Ordering Party located in the city of Opole and the municipalities of Opole, Dąbrowa, Prószków, Tarnów Opolski, Izbicko, for the period from 01.08.2023 to 31.12.2023. Total power demand (contractual): 5474 kW. The Ordering Party provides for continuous delivery of electricity with settlement according to one profile price for all presented energy consumption points (hereinafter: PPE) at 15 kV and 0.4 kV and a frequency of 50 Hz, the basic quality standard meeting the requirements of the Electrical Equipment Operation regulations while maintaining the provisions of the Construction of Electrical Equipment, Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and current Polish Standards. Estimated total quantity delivered electricity in the 5-month delivery period for 180 consumption points is approximately: 5010 MWh.
