The assignment consists of securing the objects at Media Park in Hilversum, Wim T. Schippersplein 1 to 7. The objects to be protected consist of connected office buildings (with separate departments for BNNVARA, the NTR and the VPRO) with an indoor studio and the pavilion that is located on the site and serves as an office location.

The BNNVARA, NTR and VPRO public broadcasters are housed within the objects to be protected. In addition to these 3 main users, a few other smaller public service broadcasters also use the accommodation. The 3 broadcasters all have 3 own spaces in the building. The central hall of the office building serves as a meeting place and has a reception desk, a company restaurant and a coffee corner. The building has fixed and flexible workplaces and there is a TV studio, several radio studios and a number of editing rooms. The office building and the pavilion together have a total surface area of approximately 25,000 m 2 .

The employees of the contractor will partly carry out their work from the central hall, where the employees take place behind the reception desk.

Client distinguishes the following types of work within the assignment:

1) opening and closing of the buildings and grounds;

2) reception services.

With regard to the pavilion, only the activities falling under 1) must be carried out.

Opening and closing of the buildings and grounds (ad. 1) and reception services (ad. 2)).

The opening, closing and reception services can be divided into the following categories:

- opening and reception service: opening of the buildings and grounds and occupying the reception on working days by 1 employee of the contractor before the start of the service of the reception staff of the client,

- reception and closing service: on working days, 1 employee of the contractor must occupy the reception after the service of the client's permanent reception staff. In addition, 1 employee must complete the closing round for closing off the office buildings and the grounds,

- opening, reception and closing service: opening of the buildings and the site, occupying the reception and closing of the buildings and the site on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays by 1 employee.

Section 1.4.1 further explains the scope of the assignment and the division of services / hours.

NB: additional bets (outside of the above-mentioned list) can be requested 72 hours in advance and can also be canceled 72 hours in advance at the latest, without extra costs being charged for this.

The opening, closing and reception services include the following activities:

- general security duties (including security through supervision),

- building surveillance by monitoring and controlling surveillance cameras,

- hospitality (limited),

- emergency response tasks,

- reporting and reporting to the client of any occurrences, sensitivities or (potential) security risks (in particular with regard to opening and closing services), so that the client can, if necessary, take measures to prevent future incidents. - execution of OP tasks (fire alarm system):

—— the correct handling of fire and malfunction reports,

- the activation of the report delay of the automatic detectors (if applicable),

- decommissioning of detectors or groups of groups and informing the competent authority,

- switching off and on the control of the existing fire protection installations.

- checking incoming and outgoing people and goods,

- reception work, such as answering the telephone if the client's permanent employees are not present,

- in the event of snow / slippery salt sprinkling on the walkways to the buildings.
