In connection with the completion of the construction of the new Terminal 3 building, Fraport AG intends to have the structural and technical condition of the property recorded and documented in several sub-steps by an expert who is not involved in the planning and execution. This is to ensure that all essential functional and technical requirements have been implemented, that all building regulations have been met and that a technically functional plant has been created.

The technical due diligence is to be carried out separately and staggered for six handover units of Terminal 3.

The subject of the tender is the following technical due diligence tasks:

1. Control of the planning and structural implementation for conformity with the fire protection requirements and regulations

2. Review of the planning and structural implementation for conformity with the generally accepted rules of technology.

3. Examination of the planning and structural implementation for conformity with the requirements of building regulations.

4. Verification of the fulfillment of the construction target with the construction actual.

5. Review of the planning and structural implementation of the cross-building trades for functionality.

6. Identification of optimization potentials with regard to asset management and technical building operation.

For the receipt of the complete procurement documents, the information under VI.3 must be taken into account. Interested companies must submit a confidentiality agreement.

The confidentiality declaration is part of the document "Self-declaration of suitability" or "Proof of suitability for the application to participate".
