the purpose of this contract is the addition of bars on the accommodation building and the façade of the PIPS building forming the enclosure of the accompanying structure towards the exit (Sas) Le Mans-Les Croisettes, in the Sarthe (72).

The work will consist of fixing bars in reinforced concrete. These bars are intended to significantly delay a possible crossing; They will be located mainly behind fixed cell frames. A prototype bar will be subjected to the tests described in this CCTP, before generalization.

The reception by the prison administration of the SAS is scheduled for the end of April 2023. This is followed by a 4-month period of blank running of the institution, before the arrival of the inmates.

The arrival of inmates (called commissioning) is scheduled for September 2023.

The prototype can be made during the blank run.

The general installation of all bars will be done after commissioning, in the presence of inmates
