The Tenderer is to provide:

1. A complete TPS including tested and validated installation of all equipment, licenses and software in accordance with all requirements stated in the Tender Documents. This will also include an IT implementation plan and a temporary housing of the TPS at LUMC and Erasmus MC during the transition period to final installation at the Centre.

2. Support of the TPS for a minimum period of 5 years (warranty until 1 year after Final Acceptance + 4 years support), including training of personnel and including upgrades/updates, as described in the Service Level Agreement (part of the Draft TPS Contract, Appendix 5).

3. A strategic alliance for R and D, including (optional) financial and in-kind support (draft agreement to be provided by Tenderers), and including a research TPS in a separate research environment.
