Tysvær Municipality (hereafter also called the contracting authority) invites tenderers to a limited tender contest for the construction of a new health quarter in Aksdal.

The contest form is a price and design contest.

The project involves engineering design services for, and the planning and construction of a new health quarter in Aksdal.

There will be institution places and sheltered accommodation flats here, with suitable staffing for 112 residents.

There will also be premises for home based services, physiotherapy/occupational therapy/healthy life, resource and service office, mental health service, etc.

There will be different zones with a cafe, communal areas, small meeting places, and suitable gardens.

The building must be a good place for several groups;

Residents/inhabitants

Health personnel and other employees close to the users

Relatives/visitors/volunteers

Administration, operation, and maintenance.

The health quarter will be a complex building that will house a lot and will have a lot of technical infrastructure.
