The Contracting Authority informs that in the said procedure conducted in an open tender procedure, it provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Act. By using the above-mentioned procedure, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the bids, and then qualify the Contractor whose bid has been rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation

in proceedings.
