The subject of the order is the collection and management of solid municipal waste from the city of Golub-Dobrzyń. The scope of the contract applies to all residential and uninhabited properties. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract in Chapter 3.

1) Type of waste to collect:

a) Mixed municipal waste, bio waste, paper and cardboard, glass, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky items, waste tires, expired drugs and chemicals, waste not eligible for medical waste generated on the farm at home as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring blood substances, in particular needles and syringes, used batteries and accumulators, construction and demolition waste, clothing and textiles, used tires, ashes from household furnaces, waste from cleaning streets and squares .

b) Waste collection method:

i. municipal waste mixed as well as selectively collected bio-waste, paper, glass, plastics (including metal and multi-material packaging in this container) and ash - the entrepreneur is collected from the owner in accordance with the resolution,

ii. Waste electrical and electronic equipment - at the selective waste collection point and at points of sale - during their working hours and twice a year from the property.

iii. furniture and bulky waste - at the selective waste collection point - during business hours and twice a year from the property.

iv. construction and demolition waste - at the selective waste collection point - during its working hours;

v. chemicals and used tires - at the selective waste collection point and at sales points - during their working hours;

vi. expired medicines - at the selective waste collection point - during business hours and from pharmacy owners for reporting;

vii. waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring blood substances, in particular needles and syringes - at the selective waste collection point - during its working hours;

viii. wastes from street and yard cleaning - from the city cleaning unit;

ix. spent batteries and accumulators - at the selective waste collection point - during its working hours;

x. clothing and textiles - at the selective waste collection point - during its working hours.

2) Estimated number of containers:

a) Containers for mixed municipal waste:

i. 60 l - 100 pcs.

ii. 110 l (interchangeably 120 l or 240 l) - 2,000 pcs

iii. 1 100 l - 300 pcs.

iv. KP7 - 4 pcs.

b) Containers for waste segregation:

i. 110 l (120 l or 240 l interchangeably) - 2,200 pieces (including 550 pieces of green color, 550 pieces of blue color, 550 pieces of yellow color and 550 pieces of brown color)

ii. 1100 l - 600 items (including 150 green, 150 blue, 150 yellow and 150 brown)

iii. KP7 - 2 pcs (divided into 4 chambers - paper, glass, plastic and bio - appropriately color-coded)

iv. 110/120 for ash - approx. 1,000 items - other capacity is also allowed, preferably metal containers

c) Identification of containers for segregation:

i. blue - bearing the inscription "paper",

ii. yellow - bearing the words "metals and plastics",

iii. green - bearing the inscription "glass",

iv. brown - bearing the word "bio"
