For the project “IT-supported sector coupling: digitally controlled fuel cell and electrolysis technology for stationary and mobile applications” (CoupleIt!) HSU plans the production, characterization and analysis of digitally controllable polymer electrolyte fuel cells (lot 1) and polymer electrolyte electrolyte electrolysers (lot 2).
HSU therefore intends to purchase a test rig for polymer electrolyte fuel cells and a test stand for polymer electrolyte electrolysers.
Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cell Test StandFor the project “IT-supported sector coupling: digitally controlled fuel cell and electrolysis technology for stationary and mobile applications” (coupleIT!) HSU plans to manufacture, characterize and analyze digitally controllable polymer electrolyte fuel cells. HSU therefore intends to purchase a test rig for polymer electrolyte fuel cells. The client has a maximum budget of €280,000.00 (gross) for procuring the test stand for polymer electrolyte fuel cells and its maintenance. The client reserves the right to cancel the procedure if all offers received exceed this budget. The HSU also reserves the right to exclude individual offers that exceed this budget from the procedure.
The contractor should deliver, install and commission the test bench for polymer electrolyte fuel cells by 30.06.2023 at the latest. The client reserves the right to cancel the procedure if all offers received exceed this delivery period. The client also reserves the right to exclude individual offers that exceed this delivery period from the further procedure. Maintenance, service and training services are also transferred to the contractor. Details can be found in the SOW.
