Itsc (hereinafter also called AG) plans to renew its email gateways. To this end, hardened e-mail gateway appliances are to be procured.
The AG acquires the products to be delivered, including the technologies and software included, for personal use.
The area of activity of the order is the delivery of e-mail gateways including 36 months of support and commissioning, but not the operation of the systems.
In addition to the delivery of the e-mail gateways advertised as part of this award procedure, service and support are also the subject of the tendered service.
The partnership between the client and the contractor as well as an uncomplicated solution of special cases should characterize the future cooperation.
The itsc plans to renew its email gateways. To this end, hardened e-mail gateway appliances are to be procured.

The contract runs from the day after the award of the contract and has a basic term of 36 months.
The client has the option of extending the contract in whole or in part twice after the basic term for another year each. The contractor will be notified of the exercise of the option in writing at least three months before the end of the contract.
The planned renewal affects a total of 3 external and 22 internal email gateways. Appliances are to be procured for the 3 external e-mail gateways. The internal email gateways are to be installed on the virtual hardware provided by the AG. The sandbox system and quarantine management should be designed centrally and redundantly.
The following number of emails are processed on average per week:
- 1,000,000 total emails, of which:
—— 750,000 emails from the Internet,
—— 250,000 internal emails only.
In addition to the delivery of the e-mail gateways advertised as part of this award procedure, service and support are also the subject of the tendered service.
